Triplex Reciprocating Plunger Pump
These horizontal reciprocating pumps are triplex plunger piston pumps which rely on the change of the working volume of the seal to achieve the effect of absorbing pressure fluid, so as to realize the conversion of mechanical energy into hydraulic energy. Plunger injection pump has the advantages of good sealing, small leakage and large power to mass ratio.
Titanium triplex reciprocating plunger pumps are widely used for corrosive brine injection, caustic soda, sodium hydroxide, liquid ammonia, and other high pressure applications in chemical industry. Nickel triplex plunger pumps are suitable for handling strong alkaline solution at high temperature. There are a number of special materials available for handling these acids, alkalis, corrosive liquids, or solutions containing particles.
