5. The slurry pump does not absorb water (no sizing)
There is air in the pump body or gas accumulation in the inlet pipe, or the bottom valve is not closed tightly, the water is not full, the vacuum pump packing is seriously leaking, and the gate valve or the flap door is not closed tightly. Remedy: first press up the water, then fill the pump body with water, and then turn on. At the same time, check whether the check valve is tight and whether there is any air leakage in the pipeline and the joint. If air leakage is found, apply lubricant or blending paint to the joint after disassembly and tighten the screw. Check the oil seal ring of the pump shaft, and replace it with new parts if the wear is severe. The pipeline is leaking or leaking. The nut may not be tightened tightly during installation.
If the leakage is not serious, cement can be applied to the air leakage or water leakage, or cement slurry mixed with asphalt oil. For temporary repairs, apply some wet mud or soft soap. If there is water leakage at the joint, you can use a wrench to tighten the nut. If the water leakage is serious, you must reassemble and replace the cracked pipe; lower the head and press the nozzle of the pump into the water for 0.5m.
6. Leakage at the packing
If the shaft is different from the feed box, the main reason is that the processing error is large and the installation is incorrect. Should pay attention to check whether the installation is correct after installation. If the sealing water ring is seriously worn, a new water ring needs to be replaced. If the sealing water pipe is blocked, the sealing water cannot enter the middle of the packing, which causes the packing to wear fast, resulting in leakage. The blocked water pipes should be dredged to keep the sealed water clean.
7. Slurry pump heating
Cause: The bearing is damaged; the gap between the rolling bearing or the bracket cover of the slurry pump is too small; the pump shaft is bent or the two shafts are not concentric; the tape is too tight; the oil is not tight or the oil quality is not good; the balance hole on the impeller is blocked, and the impeller is out of balance and increases Big thrust to the side. Remedy: Replace the bearing; remove the back cover, install a gasket between the bracket and the bearing housing; investigate the pump shaft or adjust the concentricity of the two shafts; properly loosen the tightness of the tape; add clean butter, butter accounts for the bearing About 60% of the inner gap; remove the blockage in the balance hole.
8. Bearing heating
The main reasons are as follows: ① If the cold water is not turned on or the cooling water tank is blocked, the cooling water function should be turned on or the cooling water channel should be cleared. ②The equipment is not well lubricated. The amount of lubricant should be adjusted according to the instructions. ③ The lubricating oil is not clean, and there are impurities in the oil. The bearings should be cleaned and the lubricant changed. ④The direction of thrust bearing is wrong. Adjust the thrust bearing direction according to the inlet pressure. ⑤ The air outlet of the bearing is blocked, so that the hot air in the bearing box cannot be discharged, causing the temperature of the equipment to rise. The air outlet should be cleaned.
