1. Slurry pump fails to start
First, check the power supply: whether the connection of the connector is firm; whether the switch is tightly connected; whether the fuse is blown; whether the three-phase power supply is missing. If there is an open circuit, poor contact, blown fuse, or phase loss, the cause should be identified and repaired in a timely manner. Secondly, check whether it is a mechanical failure of the pump itself. Common reasons include: the packing is too tight or the impeller and the pump body are blocked by debris; the pump shaft, bearing, and leakage reduction ring are rusted; the pump shaft is severely bent. Remedy: loosen the packing and dredge the water trough; disassemble the pump body to remove debris and rust; remove the pump shaft calibration or replace the new pump shaft.
2. The slurry pump does not turn
If the solid deposits in the volute are fouled, measures can be taken to remove the fouling.
3. The flow of the slurry pump is insufficient
If the impeller or the inlet and outlet pipes are blocked, the impeller or pipes can be cleaned. If the impeller is seriously worn, it should be replaced. If there is a leak at the filler opening, the filler should be compressed.
The power speed of the slurry pump is not matched or the belt slips, which makes the speed low; the installation angle of the axial pump blade is too small; the head is insufficient, the pipeline is too long or the pipeline has a right angle bend; the suction stroke is too high; the bottom valve, pipeline, and The impeller is partially blocked or the impeller is defective; the water leakage of the outlet pipe is serious. Remedy: restore rated speed, remove belt greasy dirt, adjust belt tightness; adjust blade angle, lower water pump installation position, shorten pipeline or change pipeline curvature; seal water pump leakage, tighten packing; remove blockage Replace the impeller; replace the leak reduction ring to block the leak.
4. The pump vibrates with noise
There are five main reasons: ① The medium density is uneven. The uneven density of the medium causes the pump to vibrate when it is just started. When the pump is turned on normally, the vibration of the pump will disappear. This situation does not need to be dealt with. Just before driving, pay attention to evenly blow the medium with the high-pressure wind. ②The installation of the pump is not level. The level of the pump body should be checked during installation and operation. ③ There is cavitation, which makes the impeller of the pump unbalanced. The installation height should be reduced, and the outlet valve should be adjusted to reduce the inlet resistance. ④The intake air of the suction pipe is uneven. The feeding condition of the pump should be improved, and the uniform stability of the intake air should be strengthened. ⑤ The pump bearing has large clearance. Excessive bearing clearance will cause large vibration of the pump. In the daily operation of the equipment, you should pay attention to observe the pump at any time, and find that the pump shaft and the motor shaft are not concentric or the bearings are damaged.
