FGD flue gas desulfurization pump
Aiming at the characteristics of flue gas desulfurization project of thermal power plant, a new generation of desulfurization pump products carefully developed to meet the needs of pumps for limestone (lime)/gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization process of coal-fired power plants. The hydraulic model is optimized by CFD, and the slurry pump design is applied to the flow path design. The over-current components adopt self-developed wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy cast iron materials, which embodies high efficiency, low energy consumption, low operating cost and high reliability. Features. At present, the products with the largest diameter up to Φ900mm have been developed. The series products are widely used in flue gas desulfurization and denitrification projects in electric power and environmental protection industries.

■The wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant two-phase stainless white iron specially developed for the FGD process, which has the advantages of duplex stainless steel and alloy white-mouth wear-resistant cast iron.
■The pump is made of all metal pump structure, without rubber or other polymer materials.
■The pump body is made of 2605N or 2205 duplex stainless steel. It has good resistance to chloride and sulfate ions and is the material of choice for metal materials for desulfurization pumps.
■The pump is front and rear open structure, no need to disassemble the pump inlet and outlet pipeline when disassembling the impeller, mechanical seal and other components
■Mechanical seal is single-end cartridge type seal, user can choose internal flush type and external flush type
■The bearing components adopt suspension and rear pull structure, and the pump drive adopts direct transmission or variable speed transmission.
